Dr. Vivek Vaidyanathan is a Program Manager at Artha Global. He is an urbanist with over 17 years of experience having worked across urban domains. He specialises in governance structures /institutional mechanisms across urban themes. He has worked with multiple governments and advised them on technical assistance projects. Most recently, he was the Program Manager of a Technical Assistance project funded by FCDO aimed at helping the Government of Karnataka create climate resilient infrastructure. Previously, he led a multidisciplinary team as the urban mobility lead, working with multiple state transport undertakings. He has also worked in the private sector, leading sustainability initiatives at one of India’s largest smart cities.

He enjoys working closely with multiple stakeholders, and capacitating government officials across the board.
