N. Ramachandran (moderator)
N Ramachandran is the founder and president of the Indian Police Foundation. He is a former IPS officer of 1978-batch, Assam-Meghalaya cadre. He retired as the Director General of Police of Meghalaya after 35 years in service.
Dr. AP Maheshwari (Chief Guest)
Dr. AP Maheswari is currently the Director General of the Central Reserve Police Force. He is an IPS officer of 1984-batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. Prior to this charge, Dr. Maheshwari was Special Secretary (Internal Security) in the Ministry of Home Affairs.
