Brinda Lashkari

Former Senior Associate

Brinda G. Lashkari was a Senior Associate at Artha Global. Prior to this role, Brinda worked as a data privacy and protection associate at eGovernments Foundation. Her work focused on building safe data governance practices, designs and implementation frameworks for the digital public goods built by eGov. In the course of her research work, she pushed for ethical, and practically implementable digital solutions through guidelines and policies for government based digital public infrastructure. She has authored several consultations and advisories for governments in India.
Brinda has completed her fellowship in Technology Law and Policy from the Daksha fellowship, Sai University. She is also a certified international privacy professional with the IAPP – EU. Prior to this she was a practicing lawyer in Mumbai and completed her legal education from Mumbai University.
