Isalyne was an Associate at IDFC Institute. Her research focused on urban development and public policy in India. Before joining IDFC Institute, she studied Indian land utilisation at HCP Design Planning and Management in Ahmedabad and worked on urban development regulations.

Isalyne has a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, having specialised in Land Use Planning, from Ahmedabad’s CEPT University. During the program, she conducted qualitative research on public policy in Indian sanitation and public health, working in collaboration with Duke University, USA. She also participated in urban design and planning workshops focusing on urbanisation, heritage and environmental protection in various Indian cities. Isalyne has contributed to conservation projects in both France and in India. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from ENSAPBx, France.
