Ishita Trivedi was Consultant, Strategic Communications at Artha Global.

In her nearly decade-long experience in the public policy space, she has held interdisciplinary research and policy communications roles. In her last role as Economics Editor and Head of Communications at the economics research think tank, NCAER, she worked to shape research dissemination strategies and sharpen messaging through op-eds, social media and other channels. Additionally, she engaged with a broad policy and academic network while managing outreach for flagship policy conferences.

She has previously been the Managing Editor at Ideas for India; Research Associate at IDFC Institute; and Legislative Assistant to Members of Parliament (LAMP) Fellow with PRS Legislative Research. She has also worked on projects with the Centre for Policy Research, YSR Congress Party, Young Leaders for Active Citizenship, and The Quantum Hub.

 She has an undergraduate honours degree in economics from Miranda House, Delhi University and a master’s in public policy from O.P. Jindal Global University, where she was on the Dean’s Merit List for academic excellence.
