Kartik Sharma is a Program Specialist (Clean Air) at Artha Global. He is an Agriculture professional with over six years of experience in sustainable agriculture and community based development. His work focuses on implementing field-based programmes that improve farmer livelihoods through regenerative agriculture, natural resource management and climate-smart farming practices.

He has extensive experience working with government agencies, development partners, research institutions and farming communities to deliver large scale rural development initiatives. His expertise includes programme implementation, stakeholder engagement and capacity building. Kartik is passionate about building practical, evidence-based solutions that strengthen rural communities and promote sustainable development.

Kartik holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development from IGNOU, a Diploma in Technology Management in Agriculture from ICAR-NAARM and the University of Hyderabad, an M.Sc. in Agriculture (Fruit Science) from Guru Kashi University.
