Vidisha Mehta is a Senior Associate at Artha Global. She is interested in the intersection of economic development, labour markets, and state capacity, with a focus on how data-driven approaches can strengthen inclusive growth and improve public policy design.

She has worked with organisations such as the Development Data Lab, the World Bank, and the Centre for Policy Research, where she worked on gender norms and labour market access, managed research on cultural capital and social mobility in India, and supported research on climate and urban resilience. Her experience spans quantitative and qualitative research and policy advisory work.

Vidisha holds an MPA in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Public Policy and International Affairs from Princeton University.
