Vikram Sinha

Junior Fellow

Vikram Sinha is a Junior Fellow at Artha Global, where he leads the work on technology and data policy. His research also focuses on digital public infrastructure and digital competition. Prior to this, he was the Head of Data Governance unit at the IDFC Institute and steered the Institute’s communications. He managed the opinion pages at Mint where he established the newspaper’s stance on data and tech policy and governance issues. Over the course of a 15-year journalism career, he has also written extensively for the editorial page of the Times of India and Daily News & Analysis.

He holds a Masters degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University, and a Masters in Political Science from Mumbai University. He graduated from Mumbai University with a Bachelors degree in Journalism.
