Upasana Hembram was a senior analyst at Artha Global.  She is a recipient of the YLT Fellowship at the Civic Data Lab. Prior to this, she was a social impact consultant where she supported partner organizations on strategic advisory, impact assessments, and program design and implementation.

Her previous experiences also include working as a research associate for an ex-MLA. Upasana holds a dual degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
